Who we are

At The Flourish Collective, we believe women and families thrive when care is collaborative, compassionate, and truly holistic. Our community of practitioners brings together a variety of specialties to support you through every stage of life—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, motherhood, and beyond.

While each provider brings unique training and perspective, we share a common philosophy: to listen deeply, treat the whole person, and empower you with knowledge about your body.

Rather than working in isolation, our practitioners collaborate and refer within the collective, creating a supportive network of care that meets you where you are. Whether you’re navigating pelvic health concerns, feeding challenges, hormonal shifts, or simply seeking deeper wellness, our goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and able to truly flourish.

And we’re just getting started—The Flourish Collective will continue to grow as we welcome aligned providers who are passionate about women’s and family wellness.

Meet the Providers

Founder of The Flourish Collective, Pelvic Floor Therapist with Mountain Mama Pelvic Health

Aleta is a Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist with certifications as a Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, focusing on pregnancy & labor prep, postpartum recovery, return to sport, and women’s health occupational therapy

She believes that every woman deserves to feel at home in her own body. With a deep clinical background in orthopedics, bodywork and pain science, she’s spent the last 20 years mastering the mechanics of how we move and heal. Today, as the owner of Mountain Mama Pelvic Health and founder of The Flourish Collective, she specializes in helping women navigate the transformative years of pregnancy and postpartum.

From encouraging "beautiful births" to helping postpartum moms return to the activities they love, her goal is to replace uncertainty with confidence. She created The Flourish Collective because she wanted her clients to have more than just a therapist—she wanted them to have a village. Whether you are seeking relief from pain or preparing for your next chapter, she would be honored to be a part of your journey toward strength and wellness

Wellness Educator and Certified Essential Oil Specialist with dōTERRA

Andrea is a holistic wellness educator and Certified Essential Oil Specialist passionate about supporting women and families through natural, practical, and sustainable solutions.

With over a decade of experience, she helps women feel more confident in caring for themselves and their families using simple tools that support the nervous system, emotional well-being, sleep, immune health, and more. Her approach is rooted in education and empowerment, creating space for women to feel informed, supported, and capable in their wellness journey.

Andrea has a special heart for mothers — including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions that come with motherhood. She also facilitates Sacred Space, a support group for grieving mothers, where she holds space for connection and community.

Outside of her work, Andrea is a homeschool mom, wife of a Navy retiree, and someone who finds joy in dance. Her home is full of life with three dogs and a flock of more than 30 chickens, reflecting her love for both nature and a beautifully full, everyday life.

She believes wellness should feel simple, supportive, and accessible — not overwhelming.

CranioSacral Fascial Therapist with Restoring Flow CFT

Haley is the founder and practitioner at Restoring Flow CFT, where she specializes in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)—a gentle, non-invasive approach to healing that addresses the body’s interconnected fascial and craniosacral systems. Her mission is to help mothers and babies move away from pain and restriction and toward a state of balanced, vibrant health.

Using the Gillespie Approach, Haley works with the "living web" of fascia that surrounds every muscle, nerve, and organ in your body. She uses a light, hands-on touch to identify and release deep-seated tension often caused by birth trauma, physical injuries, or emotional stress. By unwinding these fascial "straightjackets," she helps restore the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid and optimize the function of the central nervous system.

Whether she is helping a newborn overcome breastfeeding difficulties and colic or assisting an adult with chronic migraines, body tension, or TMJ, her goal is to facilitate the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Speech-Language Pathologist / Lactation Consultant with Tiny Trails Pediatric Therapy

Jennifer is the founder of Tiny Trails Pediatric Therapy. She’s a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor dedicated to helping children thrive and empowering their families along the way.

With 9 years in practice, her background is rooted in deep clinical experience. She specializes in pediatrics, drawing from my time in both children's hospital outpatient settings and home healthcare. This diverse experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the entire developmental picture.

Jennifer started Tiny Trails because she saw a need for support that truly met families where they are. After years in the demanding environment of children’s hospitals and home health, she realized that the best progress happens when therapy is flexible, highly accessible, and perfectly individualized to each child's world.

Her passion is taking the confusion and overwhelm out of the developmental journey and replacing it with clarity, confidence, and connection. She believes every parent deserves to feel empowered to support their child and that’s what we build together.
