All practitioners practicing within The Flourish Collective operate as independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of The Flourish Collective, LLC. Each practitioner maintains sole responsibility for their professional qualifications, licensing, clinical judgment, patient care, documentation, informed consent, privacy practices, billing, insurance, advertising, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and professional standards.

The Flourish Collective, LLC does not supervise, direct, or control the professional services provided by independent practitioners and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or conduct of any individual practitioner. Any opinions, recommendations, educational content, or services provided by a practitioner are solely those of that practitioner and should not be interpreted as representing the views or policies of The Flourish Collective, LLC.

No practitioner is authorized to make commitments, warranties, guarantees, or representations on behalf of The Flourish Collective, LLC unless expressly authorized in writing.
